VITAMIN C 500 SODIUM ASCORBATE - Biologically active food supplement - NON-ACIDIC FORM of vitamin C that does not irritate the gastric mucosa and contributes to:
• boosting immunity
• antioxidant protection of the body
Appearance and properties: Tablets are oval, biconvex or flat-cylindrical in shape. The color of the tablets is white or almost white, with permissible speckles and marbling.
Daily dose (1 tablet) contains:
Vitamin C 500 mg (±10%) 833*% of the recommended daily intake¹

• does not exceed the upper permissible level of consumption according to 2.
Vitamin C is one of the most significant nutrients for humans, as it ensures the normal functioning of many organs and systems. The human body is unable to synthesize it independently, which makes it very important to maintain an optimal status of this biocomponent.
“Vitamin C 500 mg Sodium Ascorbate” is an additional source of the necessary water-soluble vitamin in the form of a mineral salt. It interacts optimally with the epithelial (internal) lining of the digestive organs, causing no discomfort even in individuals with issues tolerating ascorbic acid.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
The activity of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is realized through its participation in numerous biochemical reactions. In particular, the recognized role of the nutraceutical as an immunomodulator is acknowledged. It accelerates the proliferation (multiplication) of innate immune cells, improving their ability to recognize and destroy foreign agents. Vitamin C promotes the production of antibodies (special protective molecules) and increases the content of interferons - substances that are among the first to combat infections. Thus, support for the body's defenses is provided, and an increase in adaptive capabilities is achieved.
Vitamin C is one of the key components of the antioxidant system. The substance actively participates in neutralizing toxic free radicals. As a result, the severity of oxidative damage to cell membranes is reduced, as well as the adverse effects of free radical molecules on the reactions occurring in dividing cells. This leads to a slowdown in the processes of cellular aging.
Ascorbic acid is a component of the complex multi-stage construction of collagen - the connective tissue basis and binding material for all tissues. It affects the good condition of the skin and its derivatives - hair and nails, the mobility of the joint-ligament apparatus, and muscle strength.

Внешний вид и свойства: Таблетки овальные, двояковыпуклой или плоскоцилиндрической формы. Цвет таблеток белый или почти белый, допускаются вкрапления, мраморность.

Витамин С - один из ключевых компонентов антиоксидантной системы. Вещество принимает активное участие в обезвреживании токсичных свободных радикалов. В результате уменьшаются выраженность окислительного повреждения клеточных мембран, а также неблагоприятное воздействие свободнорадикальных молекул на протекание реакций в делящихся клетках.
