Indications
Dissolution and dilution of medicinal products for their parenteral (injection/infusion) administration immediately before use. Used for the preparation of sterile infusion and injection solutions from powders, lyophilizates, and concentrates.

How to use
The method of use, dosage, and rate of administration are determined by the instructions for use of dissolvable/dilutable medicinal products in each specific case. The preparation of medicinal solutions using injection water is carried out under aseptic conditions (opening of ampoules, filling of syringes and containers with medicinal products).

Способ применения, доза и скорость введения определяются инструкцией по применению растворяемых/разбавляемых лекарственных препаратов в каждом конкретном случае. Приготовление растворов лекарственных препаратов с применением воды для инъекций осуществляется в асептических условиях (вскрытие ампул, наполнение шприца и емкостей с лекарственными препаратами).

Contraindications & warnings
do not use for dissolving and diluting medicinal products for which another solvent is specified as mandatory.
Do not mix oil solutions for injections with water; do not use external agents for cauterization. Medicinal products, the concentration of which must be within certain limits, should only be diluted with injection water within the specified limits. Injection water cannot be directly administered intravenously due to low osmotic pressure (risk of hemolysis!). Special monitoring of the volume of solutions prepared using injection water is required for newborns and young children, as even small volumes can lead to disturbances in water-electrolyte balance.

применять для растворения и разведения лекарственных препаратов, для которых в качестве обязательного, указан другой растворитель.
Не смешивать с водой масляные растворы для инъекций, наружные средства для прижигания. Лекарственные средства, концентрация которых должна быть в определенных границах, разбавляют водой для инъекций только в указанных пределах. Вода для инъекций не может быть прямо введена внутрисосудисто из-за низкого осмотического давления (риск гемолиза!). Особый контроль за количеством вводимых растворов, приготовленных с использованием воды для инъекций, требуется у новорожденных и маленьких детей, у которых даже при введении небольших объемов возможны нарушения водно-электролитного баланса.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Information on side effects is not available.
After the administration of large volumes of hypotonic solutions, in which water for injection was used as a solvent/diluent, hemolysis may develop.
Signs and symptoms of overdose will also be related to the properties of the dissolved/diluted medicinal product. In the case of accidental overdose, treatment should be discontinued, and the patient should be examined for the presence of relevant signs and symptoms associated with the administration of the dissolved/diluted medicinal product.
Drug interactions
When mixing with other medications, visual compatibility checks are necessary (pharmaceutical incompatibility may occur).
Consider the interaction of the dissolved/diluted medication with other drugs.

После введения больших объемов гипотонических растворов, в которых в качестве растворителя/разбавителя использовалась вода для инъекций, может развиться гемолиз.
Признаки и симптомы передозировки также будут связаны со свойствами растворенного/разбавленного лекарственного препарата. При случайной передозировке лечение должно быть прекращено, а пациент должен быть обследован на предмет выявления соответствующих признаков и симптомов, связанных с введением растворенного/разбавленного лекарственного препарата.
Взаимодействие с другими лекарственными средствами
При смешивании с другими лекарственными препаратами необходим визуальный контроль на совместимость (может иметь место фармацевтическая несовместимость).
Следует учитывать взаимодействие растворенного/разбавленного лекарственного препарата с другими лекарственными средствами.
