Instructions for using the polymer ampoule:
1. Take the ampoule and shake it while holding it by the neck.
2. Squeeze the ampoule with your hand, ensuring that no preparation is released, and twist to detach the valve.
3. Extract the solution by pressing on the ampoule.
Instructions for using the packaging with the gynecological nozzle:
1. Remove the screw cap from the bottle with the urological applicator.
2. Extract the included gynecological nozzle from the protective packaging (if available).
3. Screw the gynecological nozzle onto the bottle without removing the urological applicator.
Instructions for using the packaging with 2 nozzles (pump with a push spray device and pump with a push spray device with a folding cannula):

For sinusitis - during puncture, the maxillary sinus is rinsed with a sufficient amount of the preparation.
For acute and chronic external otitis media - instill up to 5 drops of the preparation into the external auditory canal using a pipette 4 times a day or, instead of instillation, gently insert a gauze tampon soaked with the preparation into the external auditory canal 4 times a day. Treatment course - 10 days.
Tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and laryngitis
Children aged 3-6 years: one press on the spray nozzle or 3-5 ml for one gargle, 3-4 times a day.
Children aged 7-14 years: two presses on the spray nozzle or 5-7 ml for one gargle, 3-4 times a day.
Children over 14 years and adults: 3-4 presses on the spray nozzle or 10-15 ml for one gargle, 3-4 times a day.
Duration of therapy is from 4 to 10 days depending on the onset of remission.

Adults and children
For the treatment and prevention of secondary infection of wounds, the wound surface is irrigated with the solution of the preparation.
Gauze tampons soaked with the solution of the preparation are fixed on the wound surface.
If necessary, tamponade of the wound and/or fistulous tracts may be performed during surgical procedures.
Active drainage of wounds and/or cavities may be performed with a daily consumption of up to 1 liter of the preparation.

Adults
Prevention and treatment of purulent infections of postpartum injuries, perineal and vaginal wounds, postpartum infections: the preparation is used for vaginal irrigations before delivery (5-7 days), during labor (after each vaginal examination). In the postpartum period, it is introduced using tampons soaked with 50 ml of the preparation, with further exposure of the tampon for 2 hours over 5 days.
In cases of cesarean section, the vagina is treated immediately before the operation, during the operation - the uterine cavity and incision, and in the postoperative period, tampons soaked with the preparation are introduced into the vagina with an exposure of 2 hours over 7 days. Treatment of inflammatory diseases is conducted over a course of 2 weeks through intravaginal introduction of tampons with the preparation, as well as by the method of drug electrophoresis.
Comprehensive treatment of inflammatory diseases in gynecology (vulvovaginitis): in the form of vaginal irrigations or introduction of a tampon soaked with the preparation, with an exposure of 2 hours over 7-14 days (duration of treatment and frequency of administration are determined by the physician).

Treatment and prevention of pyodermas and dermatomycoses, candidiasis of the skin and mucous membranes, mycoses of the feet: the preparation is applied to the affected area of the skin by wiping with sterile gauze tampons abundantly soaked with the preparation. The preparation is used 3 times a day on the affected areas of the skin.
Venereology

For the prevention of venereal diseases, the preparation is effective if used no later than 2 hours after sexual intercourse. The contents of the bottle are introduced into the urethra using the urological applicator for 2-3 minutes: for men (2-3 ml), for women into the urethra (1-2 ml) and into the vagina (5-10 ml). For convenience, the use of the gynecological nozzle is recommended. Treat the skin of the inner thighs, pubis, and genital organs. After the procedure, it is recommended not to urinate for 2 hours.
Urology
Adults
In the comprehensive treatment of urethritis and urethroprostatitis, inject 2-3 ml of the preparation into the urethra 1-2 times a day, course - 10 days.
Children
Method of application, duration of treatment, and frequency of administration are determined by the physician.

The drug has antiviral action, being active against complex viruses (herpes viruses, human immunodeficiency virus).
The drug acts on the causative agents of sexually transmitted diseases (Chlamydia spp., Treponema spp., Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae).
It effectively prevents infection of wounds and burns, activates regeneration processes. It stimulates protective reactions at the site of application by activating the phagocytic and digestive functions of phagocytes, potentiating the activity of the monocyte-macrophage system. It has pronounced hyperosmolar activity, which alleviates wound and perifocal inflammation, absorbs purulent exudate, promoting the formation of a dry scab. It does not damage granulations and viable skin cells, nor does it inhibit edge epithelialization. It does not have local irritant effects or allergenic properties.

When applied locally and externally, it does not have the ability to be absorbed through the skin and mucous membranes.
