Indications
Treatment of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, gums, and larynx: gingivitis, stomatitis, catarrhal phenomena in the upper respiratory tract, aphthous ulcers, herpetic lesions (as part of combination therapy), erosions of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity of any etiology.

Лечение инфекционно-воспалительных заболеваний слизистой оболочки полости рта, десен и гортани: гингивит, стоматит, катаральные явления в верхних отделах дыхательных путей, афтозные изъязвления, герпетические поражения (в составе комплексной терапии), эрозии слизистой оболочки полости рта любой этиологии.
How to use
The medication is applied locally. The tablets should be slowly dissolved without chewing, keeping the melted mass of the tablet in the oral cavity for as long as possible until completely dissolved.
Children aged 3-7 years are usually prescribed 1 tablet 3 times a day; 7-12 years - 1 tablet 4 times a day.
Adults and children over 12 years - 2 tablets 3-4 times a day.
The course of treatment is 8 days.

Препарат применяется местно. Таблетки следует медленно рассасывать, не разжевывая, задерживая растаявшую массу таблетки в полости рта как можно дольше, до полного растворения. Детям в возрасте 3-7 лет обычно назначают по 1 таблетке 3 раза в сутки, 7-12 лет - по 1 таблетке 4 раза в сутки. Взрослым и детям в возрасте старше 12 лет - по 2 таблетки 3-4 раза в сутки.

Round flat tablets of white or almost white or yellowish-white color with beveled edges, featuring a score line on one side.

Contraindications & warnings
Hypersensitivity, age under 3 years. Hereditary lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Allergy to chicken protein.
In case of allergic reactions, it is necessary to discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles/machines
The product does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery, as well as engage in other potentially dangerous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions.

Гиперчувствительность, детский возраст до 3 лет. Наследственная непереносимость лактозы, дефицит лактазы или глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция. Аллергия к куриному белку.

Влияние на способность управления транспортными средствами/механизмами
Препарат не оказывает влияния на способность управлять автотранспортом и механизмами, а также на занятия другими потенциально опасными видами деятельности, требующими повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций.
Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания
Препарат ЗОТТ® может применяться во время беременности и в период грудного вскармливания.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions: angioedema (Quincke's edema), urticaria, bronchospasm, very rarely - erythema multiforme.
Overdose symptoms are unlikely but may occur after administration of doses significantly exceeding the therapeutic range and are manifested by a feeling of numbness, tingling sensation, as well as loss of sensitivity in the upper and lower extremities.
Treatment: abundant fluid intake (forced diuresis).
The ZOTT® preparation enhances the action of antibiotics, including penicillin, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin; enhances the action of diuretics; weakens the activity of levodopa. Isoniazid, penicillamine, pyrazinamide, immunosuppressants, estrogens, and oral contraceptives may increase the need for pyridoxine (antagonistic action with respect to pyridoxine or increased renal excretion).

Аллергические реакции: ангионевротический отек (отек Квинке), крапивница, бронхоспазм, очень редко - мультиформная экссудативная эритема.
Симптомы передозировки маловероятны, могут отмечаться после применения в дозах значительно превышающих терапевтические и проявляются чувством онемения, ощущением покалывания, а также потерей чувствительности в области верхних и нижних конечностей.
Лечение: обильное питье (форсированный диурез).
Препарат ЗОТТ® усиливает действие антибиотиков, в том числе пенициллина, хлорамфеникола, нитрофурантоина, усиливает действие диуретиков, ослабляет активность леводопы. Изониазид, пеницилламин, пиразинамид, иммуносупрессоры, эстрогены и пероральные контрацептивы могут усиливать потребность в пиридоксине (антагонистическое действие по отношению к пиридоксину или увеличение ренальной экскреции).

Lysozyme is a protein enzyme used as an antiseptic due to its direct effect on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi and viruses; it participates in the regulation of local nonspecific immunity.
Pyridoxine - provides a protective effect on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity (exhibits anti-aphtous effect). It does not affect the pharmacodynamic properties of lysozyme.

Zott 20 mg + 10 mg lozenges are a combined medicinal product, the action of which is determined by its components. It is used for the treatment of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, gums, and larynx: gingivitis, stomatitis, catarrhal phenomena in the upper respiratory tract, aphthous ulcers, herpes lesions (as part of combination therapy), erosions of the oral mucosa of any etiology. The product is applied locally. The lozenges should be slowly dissolved in the mouth without chewing, keeping the melted mass in the oral cavity for as long as possible until completely dissolved.
Children aged 3-7 years are usually prescribed 1 lozenge 3 times a day; 7-12 years - 1 lozenge 4 times a day. Adults and children over 12 years - 2 lozenges 3-4 times a day.
The treatment course is 8 days. There are 30 pieces in the package. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
