How to use
For children from 3 years and adults, take 1 capsule once a day during meals (preferably in the evening), with a glass of room temperature water. If swallowing the capsule is not possible, the contents can be mixed with water, milk, or added to baby food (at a temperature not exceeding +40°C).
Duration of intake - 4-6 weeks. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Repeated intakes are possible throughout the year.

детям с 3 лет и взрослым по 1 капсуле 1 раз в день во время еды (предпочтительно вече-ром), запивая водой комнатной температуры. При невозможности проглотить капсулу, можно смешать ее содержимое с водой, молоком либо добавить в детское питание (с температурой не выше +40°С).
Продолжительность приема - 4-6 недель. При необходимости прием можно повторить. Возможны повторные приемы в течении года.

inulin, microcrystalline cellulose (E470, carrier), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464, structuring agent), blend of lyophilized bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium bifidum), lyophilized lactobacilli (Lactobacillus acidophilus), lyophilized lactic acid streptococci (Lactococcus lactis), ascorbic acid (E300, antioxidant), magnesium salt of stearic acid (E470, anti-caking agent), titanium dioxide (E171, colorant).
