How to use

LEKOLIKE L-LYSINE 1000 - A dietary supplement from "LEKOLAIK" recommended as a source of lysine and contributes to:
-increasing immunity, including enhancing resistance to viral infections;
-strengthening joints, blood vessels, skin, hair, and nails;
-supporting muscle mass;
-preventing premature aging processes.
Content in 2 tablets (daily dosage):
Lysine - 1000 mg 24% of the adequate intake level
Lysine is an essential amino acid.
This means that the human body cannot synthesize lysine on its own and must rely on sufficient intake of the amino acid from food to function properly.
Common symptoms that may indicate a lysine deficiency in the body include poor concentration; hair loss; irritability, fatigue; redness of the eyes; insomnia; reproductive function disorders.
At risk are individuals whose diet contains insufficient amounts of meat, dairy products, fresh fruits, and vegetables.
Additionally, the development of lysine deficiency is promoted by: old age, frequent stressful situations, and increased physical exertion.
LYSINE PLAYS A PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
-it enhances cognitive brain functions;
-it protects against herpes outbreaks;
-it reduces anxiety levels;
-it participates in collagen formation;
