How to use

BIOSTANDARD TAURINE 1000
Active components in 2 tablets: Taurine - 1000 mg.

Taurine is a sulfur-containing amino acid that is present in most cells of the body and has cytoprotective activity. Although taurine is not classified as an essential amino acid, serious pathological changes occur in cells where taurine is absent. Therefore, the recommendations for taurine use are exceptionally broad.
Taurine is involved in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates, has cardiotonic properties (improves myocardial contractility) and hepatoprotective effects, strengthens the nervous system, preserves vision, and provides protective action on the brain. And this is far from all the capabilities of taurine.
With age, there is a decrease in taurine synthesis. A deficiency of this amino acid is also observed during physical or emotional stress, gastrointestinal issues, zinc deficiency, and alcohol abuse.

Таурин - серосодержащая аминокислота, которая присутствует в большинстве клеток организма и обладает цитопротекторной активностью. Несмотря на то, что таурин не относится к незаменимым аминокислотам, в клетках, где таурин отсутствует, происходят серьезные патологические изменения. Поэтому рекомендации по применению таурина необычайно обширные.
Таурин задействован в метаболизме жиров и углеводов, обладает кардиотоническим (улучшает сократимость миокарда) и гепатопротекторным свойствами, укрепляет нервную систему, сохраняет зрение, оказывает защитное действие на головной мозг. И это далеко не все возможности таурина.
С возрастом возникает снижение синтеза таурина. Также дефицит аминокислоты наблюдается при физическом или эмоциональном стрессе, проблемах с кишечником, дефиците цинка и злоупотреблении алкоголем.
