How to use
Adults should take 6 g (the contents of 1 measuring spoon) once a day, 30 minutes before meals or 2 hours after meals, dissolving it in a glass (200 ml) of water, or as directed by a physician.
Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.
