How to use
Adults should take 6.3 g (the contents of 1 measuring spoon) once a day, 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal, dissolving it in a glass (200 ml) of water, or as directed by a physician.
Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

The components in combination with collagen and boswellia extract contribute to improving the condition of skin, hair, and nails, maintaining normal collagen levels in the body, enhancing antioxidant protection, positively affecting joint mobility, reducing discomfort, and decreasing stiffness in the joints.
The components of the complex are beneficial:
• increases the endurance of joints and ligaments under load
• alleviates morning stiffness, reduces crunching and swelling
