How to use
1 filter bag (2.0 g) should be poured with 1 cup of boiling water (200 ml), infused for 15 minutes, squeezed, and the volume of the resulting infusion should be adjusted to 200 ml. Adults should take 1 cup 3 times a day during meals. Duration of intake - 4 weeks. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Description of the components included:
• Black currant leaves have anti-inflammatory, diaphoretic, diuretic, and general strengthening properties.
• Peppermint leaves have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, vasodilating, hypotensive, antispasmodic, cardiotonic, antihypoxic, sedative, and reparative effects.
• Cinnamon rosehip fruits have anti-inflammatory, anti-sclerotic effects, activate enzymatic systems and redox processes in the body, and enhance tissue regeneration. They accelerate recovery after illness.
• Common aspen bark has hemostatic, astringent, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-rheumatic, and diaphoretic properties. It is used for salt deposits in the joints, gout, and pancreatitis.
