How to use
1 filter bag (2.0 g) should be poured with 1 cup of boiling water (200 ml), infused for 15 minutes, squeezed, and the volume of the resulting infusion should be adjusted to 200 ml. Adults should take 1 cup 3 times a day with meals. Duration of intake - 4 weeks. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Description of the components included:
• Motherwort herb is used as a sedative for cardiovascular problems, early stages of hypertension, angina, and increased nervous excitability.
• Hawthorn fruits have cardiotonic, hypotensive, spasmolytic, vasodilatory, sedative, antiarrhythmic, anti-atherosclerotic, astringent, analgesic, diuretic, anti-allergic, anti-hypoxic, and general strengthening effects.
• Peppermint leaves possess antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, vasodilatory, hypotensive, cardiotonic, anti-hypoxic, sedative, and reparative properties.
• Aronia berries contribute to strengthening the walls of blood vessels, improving their elasticity and resilience. Regular consumption of this berry affects the normalization of blood pressure, reduction of cholesterol levels, the functioning of the endocrine system, and strengthening of immunity.
