How to use
Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enamel container, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover, and steep for 15 minutes.
Squeeze the filter bags, and dilute the resulting infusion with boiled water to a total volume of 200 ml.
Take orally in a warm state, 1/2 - 1/3 cup 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Фильтр-пакеты отжимают, объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.

Yarrow herb (Millefolii herba)
Particles of stems, inflorescences, flowers, and leaves of yarrow. Color ranges from grayish-green to yellowish-green with yellowish-white, light green, white, and grayish-brown speckles. The smell is weak and aromatic. The taste of the aqueous extract is spicy and slightly bitter.

Description
Yarrow herb is a medicinal product. Yarrow herb contains flavonoids, essential oil, vitamin K, bitter compounds, tannins, organic acids, macro- and microelements, and other biologically active substances. The infusion of yarrow herb has hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic effects.
Indications for use:
- Heavy menstrual bleeding (as part of complex therapy);
- Minor bleeding in the post-coagulation period of cervical erosion treatment;
- Spasm of the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract.
The infusion is taken orally in warm form, 2-3 tablespoons 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. The treatment course is 5 days. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Настой травы тысячелистника обладает гемостатическим, противовоспалительным и спазмолитическим действием. Показания к применению: обильные менструальные кровотечения (в составе комплексной терапии), незначительные кровотечения в посткоагуляционном периоде лечения эрозии шейки матки. Спазм гладкой мускулатуры желудочно-кишечного тракта. Настой принимают внутрь в теплом виде по 2-3 столовые ложки 3 раза в день за 30 минут до еды. Курс лечения 5 дней. Перед применением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать. Трава порошок по 1,5 г в фильтр-пакете - 20 штук в упаковке.
