How to use
Place about 12-16 g (2 tablespoons) of the raw material into an enameled container, pour in 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid, and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes at room temperature, strain, and squeeze the remaining raw material. Adjust the volume of the resulting decoction to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day. The treatment course lasts for 2 weeks.
It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.

Около 12-16 г (2 столовая ложка) сырья помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой и нагревают на кипящей водяной бане 30 мин, охлаждают в течение 10 мин при комнатной температуре, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают внутрь по 1/2 стакана 2-3 раза в день. Курс лечения составляет 2 недели.
Перед употреблением отвар рекомендуется взбалтывать.

Pieces of rhizomes and roots of various shapes, passing through a sieve with holes of 7 mm in size. Color grayish-brown, yellowish-white, yellowish-gray. Aroma fragrant. The taste of the aqueous extract is spicy, slightly bitter.

Девясила корневища и корни содержат эфирное масло (в т.ч. сесквитерпеновые лактоны), инулин, слизи и другие биологически активные вещества.
Кусочки корневищ и корней различной формы, проходящие сквозь сито с отверстиями размером 7 мм. Цвет серовато-коричневый, желтовато-белый, желтовато-серый. Запах ароматный. Вкус водного извлечения пряный, горьковатый.
