How to use

Locally.
Spray into the oral cavity (to the right and left) and nasal passages (after clearing them of mucus, slightly tilting the head forward, into each nostril, during inhalation).
Adults and children over 15 years old - 1-3 sprays.
Children aged 12 to 15 years - 1-2 sprays.
Children aged 5 to 12 years - 1 spray.
Frequency of use - 3-4 times a day. Treatment course - 7-10 days.
Upon first use of the product or if there has been a break in use of more than 1 day, several presses should be made until a fine mist appears, after which the product can be used.
When using the product, hold the canister vertically, with the spray nozzle facing upwards; do not use the canister in an inverted position.
If no improvement occurs after the specified treatment course (7-10 days) or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Распыляют в ротовую полость (вправо и влево) и носовые ходы (предварительно очистив их от слизи, слегка наклонив голову вперед, в каждую ноздрю, на фазе
вдоха).
Взрослым и детям старше 15 лет - по 1-3 распыления.
Дети в возрасте от 12 до 15 лет - по 1-2 распыления.
Дети от 5 до 12 лет - по 1 распылению.
Частота применения - 3-4 раза в сутки. Курс лечения - 7-10 дней.
При первом использовании препарата или перерыве в его использовании более
1 суток следует произвести несколько нажатий до появления дисперсной струи,
после чего препарат можно применять.
При применении препарата баллон держать вертикально, распылителем кверху; нельзя пользоваться баллоном в перевернутом состоянии.
Если через указанный курс лечения (7-10 дней) улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом.

The contents of the vial is an oily, transparent, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor, forming a cone of dispersed liquid particles in the air upon exiting the vial.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

Allergic reactions in the form of rash, itching, and skin redness.
In case of unusual reactions, it is advisable to consult a doctor regarding the appropriateness of further use of the medication.

Signs of acute poisoning upon ingestion: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain. The affected individual should seek medical attention immediately.

Measures for overdose management: removal of the drug from the stomach and intestines (gastric lavage, induced vomiting, use of saline laxatives, enemas, administration of intestinal adsorbents - activated charcoal), symptomatic treatment.

No clinically significant interactions of the drug with medications from other groups have been identified.

Аллергические реакции в виде сыпи, зуда и покраснения кожи.
В случае проявления необычных реакций следует посоветоваться с врачом о целесообразности дальнейшего применения препарата.

Признаки острого отравления при попадании внутрь: тошнота, рвота, боли в желудке. Пострадавшему следует немедленно обратиться к врачу.
Меры помощи при передозировке: удаление препарата из желудка и кишечника (промывание желудка, искусственная рвота, использование солевых слабительных, клизма, применение кишечных адсорбентов - активированного угля), симптоматическое лечение.

Клинически значимого взаимодействия препарата с лекарственными препаратами других групп не выявлено.

Pharmacology

Combined preparation that provides local antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and mild local anesthetic effects; promotes vasoconstriction; reduces blood congestion and swelling of the affected area; alleviates symptoms of irritation of the mucous membrane of the pharynx and larynx; aids in normalizing the breathing of patients. The preparation exhibits antimicrobial activity against gram-positive (staphylococci, streptococci) and gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) bacteria, and to a lesser extent against yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida. The combination of these pharmacological properties ensures comprehensive pathogenetic therapy for inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract.

Kameton - a 30 g spray for local use is a combined preparation for the treatment of upper respiratory tract diseases. It contains eucalyptus essential oil, camphor, levomenthol, and chlorobutanol, which have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects. The preparation is effective for inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs (including rhinitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis). The spray has a convenient dispenser bottle form, which facilitates its use in any conditions.
