How to use

Method of administration and doses

For adults, take one sachet 2-3 times a day after meals. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot water and slowly drink the resulting solution. The treatment course lasts 7-8 days. An extension of the treatment course is possible upon the doctor's recommendation.

Composition (per 1 sachet) Active ingredient - 400 mg of thick aqueous extract (1:5) from: White willow bark (Salix alba L., family Salicaceae) 750 mg*, Adhatoda leaves (Adhatoda vasica Nees., family Acanthaceae) 300 mg*, Fragrant violet leaves and flowers (Viola odorata L., family Violaceae) 100 mg* Licorice root with roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., family Fabaceae) 550 mg*, Chinese tea leaves (Thea sinensis L, Kuntze, family Theaceae) 125 mg*, Common fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare Mill, family Apiaceae) 75 mg* Eucalyptus globulus leaves (Eucalyptus globulus Labill, family Myrtaceae) 35 mg*, Valerian root with roots (Valeriana officinalis L., family Valerianaceae) 100 mg*

Contraindications & warnings

Contraindications

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, deficiency of sucrase/isomaltase, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, pregnancy, lactation period, age under 18 years.
With caution: severe liver, kidney, and cardiovascular system dysfunction; increased blood coagulation.

Special instructions

The granules contain sucrose (about 0.43 XE in one single dose), which should be taken into account by patients with diabetes, as well as in a hypocaloric diet.

In case of an increase in body temperature above 38 °C, worsening cough, appearance of wheezing in the lungs, purulent sputum, rhinorrhea with purulent discharge, or angina, the use of the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted; antibacterial therapy and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs will be prescribed.

Effect on the ability to drive a vehicle and work with mechanisms
The medication does not affect the performance of potentially dangerous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (driving a car and other vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work, etc.).

Повышенная индивидуальная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, непереносимость фруктозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция, беременность, период лактации, возраст до 18 лет.
С осторожностью: тяжелые нарушения функции печени, почек, сердечно-сосудистой системы; повышенная свертываемость крови.

Гранулы содержат сахарозу (около 0,43 ХЕ в одной разовой дозе), что необходимо учитывать пациентам, страдающим сахарным диабетом, а также при гипокалорийной диете.

В случае повышения температуры тела выше 38 0С, усиления кашля, появлении хрипов в легких, гнойной мокроты, ринореи с гнойным отделяемым, ангины приём препарата следует прекратить и обратиться к врачу; назначается антибактериальная терапия, нестероидные противовоспалительные средства.

Влияние на способность управлять автомобилем и работе с механизмами
Препарат не влияет на выполнение потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (управление автомобилем и др. транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами, работа диспетчера и оператора и т. п.).

It is not recommended to take simultaneously with antitussive medications, as well as with drugs that reduce mucus production, as this complicates the expectoration of liquefied mucus.

Lincas ORVI granules for preparing a solution for oral administration 5.6 g blackcurrant flavor is a medicinal product. It has expectorant, anti-inflammatory, mucolytic, and antipyretic effects. It is intended for symptomatic therapy of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) (elevated body temperature (up to 38 °C), headache, nasal congestion, pain when swallowing, cough). For adults, take 1 sachet 2-3 times a day after meals. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot water and slowly drink the resulting solution. The course of treatment lasts 7-8 days. The duration of the treatment course may be extended upon the doctor's recommendation. It is advisable to consult a doctor before use.
