How to use

For adults, take 1 sachet 2-3 times a day after meals.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot water and drink the resulting solution slowly

In 1 sachet:
Active ingredient - 400 mg of concentrated aqueous extract (1:5) from:
White willow bark (Salix alba L., family Salicaceae) 750 mg*,
Vasaka leaves (Adhatoda vasica Nees., family Acanthaceae) 300 mg*,
Sweet violet leaves and flowers (Viola odorata L., family Violaceae) 100 mg*,
Licorice rhizome with roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., family Fabaceae) 550 mg*,
Chinese tea leaves (Thea sinensis L. Kuntze, family Theaceae) 125 mg*,
Common fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., family Apiaceae) 75 mg*,
Ball eucalyptus leaves (Eucalyptus globulus Labili, family Myrtaceae) 35 mg*,
Valerian root with roots (Valeriana officinalis L., family Valerianaceae) 100 mg*
*This amount of dried plants is used to prepare the concentrated aqueous extract.
Excipients: levomenthol 5 mg, corn starch 20 mg, sucrose up to 5.6 g.

Granules without additional flavor: brown granules with a faint menthol scent when crushed.

Contraindications & warnings

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug; sucrase-isomaltase deficiency; fructose intolerance; glucose-galactose malabsorption; pregnancy; lactation; age under 18 years.
With caution:
Severe liver, kidney, and cardiovascular system dysfunction; increased blood coagulability.

The granules contain sucrose (approximately 0.43 XE in a single dose), which should be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as those on a low-calorie diet.
In case of an increase in body temperature above 38 °C, worsening cough, appearance of wheezing in the lungs, purulent sputum, or purulent rhinorrhea, the use of the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted; antibacterial therapy and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs will be prescribed.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery:
The medication does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (driving a car and other vehicles, working with moving machinery, dispatcher and operator work, etc.).

Повышенная индивидуальная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, непереносимость фруктозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция, беременность, период лактации, возраст до 18 лет.
С осторожностью:
Тяжелые нарушения функции печени, почек, сердечно-сосудистой системы; повышенная свертываемость крови.

Гранулы содержат сахарозу (около 0,43 ХЕ в одной разовой дозе), что необходимо учитывать пациентам, страдающим сахарным диабетом, а также при гипокалорийной диете.
В случае повышения температуры тела выше 38 °С, усиления кашля, появлении хрипов в легких, гнойной мокроты, ринореи с гнойным отделяемым, ангины прием препарата следует прекратить и обратиться к врачу; назначается антибактериальная терапия, нестероидные противовоспалительные средства.
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами и другими механизмами:
Препарат не влияет на выполнение потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (управление автомобилем и др. транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами, работа диспетчера и оператора и т. п.).

Side effects, overdose & interactions

In cases of increased individual sensitivity, allergic reactions may occur.

To date, no cases of overdose have been reported.

Simultaneous use with antitussive medications, as well as with drugs that reduce mucus production, is not recommended, as this complicates the expectoration of liquefied mucus.

При повышенной индивидуальной чувствительности возможно возникновение аллергических реакций.

До настоящего времени случаев передозировки описано не было.

Не рекомендуется одновременный прием с противокашлевыми препаратами, а также с лекарственными средствами, уменьшающими образование мокроты, так как это затрудняет откашливание разжиженной мокроты.

Exerts expectorant, anti-inflammatory, mucolytic, and antipyretic effects.

Linkas ORVI 5.6 g granules for solution preparation is a medicinal product. It has expectorant, anti-inflammatory, mucolytic, and antipyretic effects. It is intended for symptomatic therapy of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) (elevated body temperature (up to 38 °C), headache, nasal congestion, pain during swallowing, cough). For adults, take 1 sachet 2-3 times a day after meals. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot water and slowly drink the resulting solution.

The course of treatment lasts 7-8 days. Extension of the treatment course is possible upon a doctor's recommendation. It is advisable to consult a doctor before use.
