Indications
Indication:
Prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal tract diseases in children from 3 months of age and adults; in combination with traditional treatment.
Indications for use
Dysbiosis and conditions leading to its development:
• acute intestinal infections (dysentery, salmonellosis, rotavirus gastroenteritis, etc.);
• chronic colitis, enterocolitis of infectious and non-infectious origin;
• prolonged antibacterial therapy.
Dysbiosis and weight delay associated with:
• active antibiotic therapy for purulent-septic diseases in infants;
• chronic, protracted, recurrent respiratory organ pathologies (bronchitis, pneumonia, including pneumocystis pneumonia);
• atopic dermatitis and other allergic manifestations.
Prevention of dysbiosis
• increased overall resistance of the body.

Профилактика и лечение заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта, у детей с 3-х месячного возраста и взрослых; в сочетании с традиционным лечением.
Показание к применению
Дисбактериоз и состояния, приводящие к его развитию:
• острые кишечные инфекции (дизентерия,сальмонеллез,ротавирусный гастроэнтерит и др.);
• хронические колиты, энтероколиты инфекционного и неинфекционного происхождения;
• длительная антибактериальная терапия.
Дисбактериоз и отставание в весе, связанные с:
• активной антибиотикотерапией гнойно-септических заболеваний у грудных детей;
• хроническими, затяжными, рецидивирующими патологиями органов дыхания (бронхиты, пневмонии, в том числе, пневмоцистные);
• атопическим дерматитом и другими аллергическими проявлениями.
Профилактика дисбактериоза
• повышение общей резистентности организма.
How to use
Capsules are taken orally, without chewing, and should be swallowed with boiled water.
The size of the daily dose and the duration of treatment for patients are determined by the doctor based on age, severity and duration of the disease, and the degree of dysbiosis.
For children aged 3 months to 3 years, Acipol should be taken with food at a dose of 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, after opening the capsule and dissolving its contents in milk or boiled water.
For other age groups and adults, Acipol should be taken at a dose of 1 capsule 3-4 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
In cases of acute intestinal infections, the medication is prescribed for 5-8 days.
Longer courses are prescribed for treating children with weight delay caused by chronic diseases accompanied by dysbiosis.
For preventive purposes, Acipol is prescribed at a dose of 1 capsule once a day for 10-15 days.
Repeated courses are conducted no earlier than 1 month after the completion of the previous treatment.

Капсулы применяют внутрь, не разжевывая, запивают кипяченой водой.
Размер суточной дозы и продолжительность лечения больных определяет врач в зависимости от возраста, тяжести и длительности заболевания и выраженности дисбактериоза.
Детям от 3-х месячного до 3-х лет Аципол следует принимать вместе с пищей по 1 капсуле 2-3 раза в сутки, предварительно вскрыв капсулу и растворив ее содержимое в молоке или кипяченой воде.
Остальным возрастным группам и взрослым Аципол следует применять по 1 капсуле 3-4 раза в сутки за 30 минут до приема пищи.
При острых кишечных инфекциях препарат назначают в течение 5-8 дней.
Более длительные курсы назначают при лечении детей с отставанием в весе, вызванное хроническим течением заболеваний, сопровождающихся дисбактериозом.
С профилактической целью Аципол назначают по 1 капсуле 1 раз в сутки в течение 10-15 дней.
Повторные курсы проводят не ранее 1 месяца после окончания предыдущего лечения.
Composition
The preparation is a lyophilized mixture of microbial mass of live antagonistically active acidophilic lactobacilli and heat-inactivated kefir grains, containing water-soluble polysaccharide, subjected to grinding, packaged in capsules.
Each capsule contains at least 10^7 live acidophilic lactobacilli and 0.4 mg of kefir grain polysaccharide.
The contents of the capsules are a dry biomass ranging in color from light cream to cream, with a sour milk odor.

1) A product with damaged internal packaging (cracked cans, blister packaging);
2) A product without labeling or with unclear labeling;
3) A product with altered physical properties (distorted capsule shape), with the presence of foreign inclusions;
4) A product with an expired shelf life.

Each capsule contains no less than 10^7 live acidophilic lactobacilli and 0.4 mg of kefir fungus polysaccharide.
The therapeutic effect of Acipol® is determined by the live acidophilic lactobacilli and the polysaccharide from kefir fungi it contains. By its mechanism of action, Acipol® is a multifactorial therapeutic agent, exhibiting antagonistic activity against pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, correcting the intestinal microflora, and enhancing the immunological reactivity of the body.
