The R.O.C.S. "Medical Minerals. Fruit" gel is applied to thoroughly cleaned teeth. The optimal frequency is twice a day (after breakfast and before bedtime). A small amount of gel should be applied to the brush and evenly distributed with gentle massaging movements across the dental arches. Do NOT rinse the mouth, and also refrain from consuming drinks and food for 40-50 minutes. Regular long-term use is permissible.
