How to use

Apply a small amount of paste to the toothbrush.
Clean the teeth in a circular motion (without pressure) for 3 minutes.
In parallel with cleaning the teeth, it is recommended to perform a gentle massage of the gums.
Then, rinse the oral cavity with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.

Небольшое количество пасты нанести на зубную щетку
Круговыми движениями (без нажима) очистить зубы в течение 3 минут.
Параллельно с очищением зубов, рекомендуется выполнить бережный массаж десен.
Затем, ротовую полость следует ополоснуть небольшим количеством воды, задерживая ее на 20-30 секунд.

Contraindications & warnings

Rare cases of individual intolerance to certain components of R.O.C.S. Active Calcium SENSITIVE toothpaste.
