Preparation of the product for use:
Prepare a container with water. It is recommended to use water at room temperature (approximately 20 degrees Celsius). The depth of the water container for soaking should ensure complete vertical immersion of the roll.
Procedure for use:
After removing the packaging from the bandage, without releasing the bandage from your hand, submerge it in the water, preferably vertically, to ensure complete and rapid expulsion of air from the roll. Keep it in the water for no less than 20 seconds and no more than 60 seconds.
Attention: Complete saturation of the bandage occurs within 20-50 seconds.
Reducing the soaking time leads to a deterioration in the quality of the finished plaster cast.
Remove the bandage from the water vertically, gently squeezing it, without worrying that the plaster mixture will leak out. The necessary amount of plaster will still remain on the bandage. Lay the plaster bandage on a flat surface, smoothing each layer with slight pressure for even distribution of the plaster composition.
The setting time, after which modeling and adding water is not permissible, is 1.5-2 minutes after soaking. Initial strength occurs within 2-4 minutes for fast-setting bandages and within 5-10 minutes for standard bandages. After 30 minutes, the main strength is achieved for the wet plaster cast. Final strength occurs after complete drying of the water from the plaster cast.
The time for complete drying depends on the environmental conditions and the body temperature to which the cast is applied.

It should be remembered!!!
Weak squeezing (leaving a large amount of water in the roll) during soaking leads to slightly extended setting and drying times; strong squeezing (small amount of water) leads to difficulties in modeling.

Allergic reactions to the components of the product.

Gypsum bandages should be stored in accordance with GOST 7000 in dry, well-ventilated areas at least 1 meter away from heating appliances, and must be protected from sunlight and atmospheric effects.
Gypsum bandages are highly hygroscopic, therefore they should be stored in conditions that prevent moisture.
It is recommended to unpack them immediately before applying the dressing.
Disposal:
Used products are classified as Class A waste and should be disposed of in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.7.2790-10 "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Handling of Medical Waste" (approved by the decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation dated December 9, 2010, No. 163).
Products that have expired or have lost their commercial appearance should be disposed of with household waste.
