Indications
- Diseases of the musculoskeletal system: rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis of peripheral joints and spine, rheumatic lesions of soft tissues;
- Myalgias of rheumatic and non-rheumatic origin;
- Traumatic injuries of soft tissues.

How to use
For adults and children over 6 years old, the medication is applied to the affected skin area 3-4 times and gently rubbed in. The single dose is 2-4 g (a strip of gel 4-8 cm with the cap fully open). The required amount of the medication depends on the size of the painful area.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 10 days. The possibility of longer use of the medication is determined by the doctor on an individual basis.

Взрослым и детям старше 6 лет препарат наносят на кожу пораженной области 3-4 и слегка втирают. Разовая доза составляет 2-4 г (полоска геля 4-8 см при полностью открытой горловине). Необходимое количество препарата зависит от размера болезненной зоны.
Продолжительность лечения не должна превышать 10 дней. Вопрос о возможности более длительного применения препарата врач решает индивидуально.

Contraindications & warnings
— violation of skin integrity;
— "aspirin triad";
— third trimester of pregnancy;
— lactation period (breastfeeding);
— pediatric age under 6 years;
— increased sensitivity to diclofenac, methyl salicylate, other components of the drug, acetylsalicylic acid, or other NSAIDs.
Use with caution in cases of exacerbation of hepatic porphyria, erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, chronic heart failure, bronchial asthma, in the I and II trimesters of pregnancy, in elderly patients, and in children under 12 years of age.

Dermatological reactions: eczema, photosensitization, contact dermatitis (including itching, hyperemia, swelling of the treated skin area, papules, vesicles, peeling).
Allergic reactions: generalized skin rash, urticaria, angioedema, bronchospastic reactions.

Pharmacology
Sodium diclofenac and methyl salicylate are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), whose pharmacological action is based on the ability to inhibit the biosynthesis of prostaglandins. When applied locally, sodium diclofenac and methyl salicylate are rapidly absorbed and, penetrating into the underlying tissues (subcutaneous tissue, muscle tissue, joint capsule, and the joint cavity itself), relieve pain and inflammation in the joints, reduce morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, contributing to an increase in the range of motion.
The main active component of flaxseed oil is alpha-linolenic acid (ethyl ester of unsaturated fatty acid), which has anti-inflammatory properties.
Menthol - when rubbed into the skin, causes irritation of nerve endings, providing a mild local analgesic (counterirritant) effect.

Диклофенак натрия и метилсалицилат являются нестероидными противовоспалительными средствами (НПВС), в основе фармакологического действия которых лежит способность подавлять биосинтез простагландинов. При местном применении диклофенак натрия и метилсалицилат быстро всасываются и, проникая в подлежащие ткани (в подкожную клетчатку, мышечную ткань, суставную капсулу и собственно полость сустава), снимают боль и воспаление в суставах, уменьшают утреннюю скованность и припухлость суставов, способствуя увеличению объема движений.
Основным активным компонентом льняного масла является альфа-линоленовая кислота (этиловый эфир ненасыщенной жирной кислоты), которая обладает противовоспалительным действием.
Ментол - при втирании в кожу, вызывая раздражение нервных окончаний, оказывает легкое местное обезболивающее (отвлекающее) действие

Dikloran-Plus Gel is a topical agent designed for the relief of pain and inflammation in joints, muscles, and ligaments. The formulation includes the active ingredients diclofenac and methyl salicylate, which have analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and therapeutic effects. The gel is quickly absorbed, leaves no greasy residue, and has a pleasant aroma. Dikloran-Plus is effective for radiculitis, osteochondrosis, arthritis, bursitis, tendovaginitis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. The convenient tube allows for easy application of the gel to the desired areas of the skin.
