How to use
Recommendations for use: Pour 1 teaspoon heaping (2.0 g) of crushed fruits with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15 minutes, then strain. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day during meals. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Рекомендации по применению: 1 чайную ложку без верха (2,0 г) измельченных плодов залить 1 стаканом (200 мл) кипятка, настоять 15 минут, процедить. Взрослым принимать по 1/2 стакана (100 мл) настоя 2 раза в день во время еды. Готовый настой хранить в холодильнике не более 2-х суток.
Продолжительность приема: 1 месяц. При необходимости прием можно повторить.
