Indications
Acute bacterial diarrhea occurring without deterioration of general condition, fever, or intoxication.

How to use
For oral use.
Children aged 3 to 6 years: 200 mg (1 capsule of 200 mg or 2 capsules of 100 mg) 3 times a day (interval between doses 8 hours).
Children aged 6 to 18 years: 200 mg (1 capsule of 200 mg or 2 capsules of 100 mg) 3-4 times a day (interval between doses 6-8 hours).
Adults: 200 mg (1 capsule of 200 mg or 2 capsules of 100 mg) 4 times a day (interval between doses 6 hours).
Duration of treatment: 5-7 days, but no more than 7 days.
If no improvement occurs within the first 3 days of use, consult a doctor. Use the medication only as directed and in the doses specified in the instructions. If necessary, please consult a doctor before using the medication.

Детям от 3 до влет: 200 мг (1 капсула по 200 мг или 2 капсулы по 100 мг) 3 раза в сутки (интервал между приемами 8 ч).

excipients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 50.0 mg, pregelatinized corn starch 66.0 mg, mannitol 40.0 mg, magnesium stearate 2.0 mg, talc 2.0 mg;
hard gelatin capsule No. 0:
body - titanium dioxide 0.7867 mg, gelatin 57.6681 mg, yellow quinoline dye 0.5426 mg, sunset yellow dye 0.0026 mg.
cap - titanium dioxide 0.4933 mg, gelatin 36.1648 mg, yellow quinoline dye 0.3403 mg, sunset yellow dye 0.0016 mg.
Hard gelatin capsules No. 0, with a yellow body and cap (dosage 200 mg). The contents of the capsules are a mixture of yellow granules and powder. Yellow compressed mass inclusions that crumble upon light pressure are permissible.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to nifuroxazide, to nitrofuran derivatives, and other components of the drug;
Pregnancy;
Children under 3 years of age.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Animal studies have not shown teratogenic effects. However, as a precaution, the use of nifuroxazide during pregnancy is not recommended. During breastfeeding, it is possible to continue nursing in the case of a short course of treatment with the drug. Consultation with a doctor is necessary.
When treating diarrhea alongside nifuroxazide therapy, rehydration therapy must be conducted. In cases of bacterial diarrhea with signs of systemic involvement (deterioration of general condition, fever, symptoms of intoxication or infection), a doctor should be consulted regarding the use of systemic antibacterial agents. If symptoms of hypersensitivity occur (shortness of breath, rash, itching), the use of the medication should be discontinued. Alcohol consumption is prohibited during nifuroxazide therapy.

The drug Adisord® does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery.

Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания
В исследованиях на животных не было выявлено тератогенного эффекта. Однако, в качестве меры предосторожности принимать нифуроксазид во время беременности не рекомендуется. Во время периода лактации возможно продолжение грудного вскармливания в случае короткого курса лечения препаратом. Необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом
При лечении диареи одновременно с терапией нифуроксазидом необходимо проводить регидрата-ционную терапию. В случае бактериальной диареи с признаками системного поражения (ухудшение общего состояния, повышение температуры тела, симптомы интоксикации или инфекции) следует обратиться к врачу для решения вопроса о применении антибактериальных препаратов системного действия. При появлении симптомов гиперчувствительности (одышка, сыпь, зуд) следует прекратить прием препарата. Употребление алкоголя во время терапии нифуроксазидом запрещено.
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами, механизмами
Препарат Адисорд®не оказывает влияния на способность к управлению транспортными средствами и механизмами.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions (skin rash, urticaria, Quincke's edema, anaphylactic shock).
If any of the side effects listed in the instructions worsen, or if you notice any other side effects not mentioned in the instructions, inform your doctor.
Symptoms of overdose are unknown.
Treatment is symptomatic.
Concurrent use with medications that cause disulfiram-like reactions and drugs that depress central nervous system function is not recommended. If you are taking other medications (including over-the-counter) before using Adisord®, consult your doctor.

Pharmacology
Nifuroxazide is an antimicrobial agent, a derivative of nitrofuran. It blocks the activity of dehydrogenases and inhibits respiratory chains, the tricarboxylic acid cycle, and a number of other biochemical processes in the microbial cell. It disrupts the microbial cell membrane and reduces the production of toxins by microorganisms. It is highly active against Campylobacter jejuni, Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp, Shigella spp; Clostridium perfringens, Vibrio cholerae, pathogenic Vibrions, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus spp. The following are weakly sensitive to nifuroxazide: Citrobacter spp, Enterobacter cloacae, and Proteus indologenes. The following are resistant to nifuroxazide: Klebsiella spp, Proteus mirabilis, Providencia spp., Pseudomonas spp. It does not disrupt the balance of intestinal microflora. In cases of acute bacterial diarrhea, it restores intestinal eubiosis. In infections caused by enterotropic viruses, it prevents the development of bacterial superinfection.
After oral administration, nifuroxazide is practically not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and exerts its antibacterial action exclusively in the intestinal lumen. Nifuroxazide is eliminated by the intestines: 20% in unchanged form, while the remaining amount of nifuroxazide is chemically modified.

Блокирует активность дегидрогеназ и угнетает дыхательные цепи, цикл трикарбоновых кислот и ряд других биохимических процессов в микробной клетке. Разрушает мембрану микробной клетки, снижает продукцию токсинов микроорганизмами. Description
Adisord 200 mg is a medicinal product. The active ingredient is nifuroxazide, which has antimicrobial action against gram-positive and some gram-negative microorganisms. It does not disrupt the balance of intestinal microflora. In cases of acute bacterial diarrhea, it restores intestinal eubiosis. It is used for the treatment of bacterial diarrhea without signs of helminthic invasion.
Adisord 200 mg is available in capsule form, which should be taken whole with a small amount of water. Pregnancy and age under 3 years are contraindications for the use of this medicinal product.
