How to use

For external use.
In case of skin lesions
The drug ADJIDERILIN is applied once daily to the affected skin surface and the surrounding areas (approximately 1 cm of healthy skin at the edges of the affected area) after thorough cleansing and drying.
Duration of therapy for dermatomycoses - 2-4 weeks (if necessary, up to 8 weeks); for candidiasis - 4 weeks.
In case of nail lesions
Before the first application of the drug, the affected part of the nail should be maximally removed with scissors or a nail file. The drug ADJIDERILIN is applied twice daily to the affected nail.
Duration of treatment for onychomycosis - up to 6 months.
To prevent recurrence, treatment should be continued for at least 2 weeks after the clinical symptoms have disappeared.

If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor. Use the drug only according to the method of application and in the doses specified in the instructions. If necessary, please consult a doctor before using the medication.

При поражении кожи
Препарат АДЖИДЕРИЛИН наносят 1 раз в день на пораженную поверхность кожи и прилегающие к ней участки (приблизительно 1 см здорового участка кожи по краям зоны поражения) после их тщательной очистки и высушивания.
Длительность терапии при дерматомикозах - 2-4 недели (при необходимости до 8 недель), при кандидозах - 4 недели.
При поражении ногтей
Перед первым применением препарата максимально удаляют пораженную часть ногтя ножницами или пилкой для ногтей. Препарат АДЖИДЕРИЛИН наносят 2 раза в день на пораженный ноготь.
Длительность лечения при онихомикозах - до 6 месяцев.
Для предотвращения рецидива лечение следует продолжить в течение минимум 2 недель после исчезновения клинических симптомов.

Если после лечения улучшения не наступает или симптомы усугубляются, или появляются новые симптомы, необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом. Применяйте препарат только согласно тому способу применения и в тех дозах, которые указаны в инструкции. В случае необходимости, пожалуйста, проконсультируйтесь с врачом перед применением лекарственного препарата.

Excipients: sodium hydroxide - 1.5 mg; benzyl alcohol - 10.0 mg; sorbitan monostearate - 19.0 mg; cetyl palmitate - 20.0 mg; cetyl alcohol - 40.0 mg; stearyl alcohol - 40.0 mg; polysorbate 60 - 61.0 mg; isopropyl myristate - 80.0 mg; purified water - up to 1 g.

Homogeneous cream from white to almost white in color with a characteristic odor.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

In some cases, local reactions may occur: skin dryness, skin hyperemia (redness), and burning sensation. The side effects are reversible and do not require discontinuation of treatment.

If any of the side effects listed in the instructions worsen, or if any other side effects not mentioned in the instructions occur, it is necessary to inform a doctor immediately.

When the medication is used according to the instructions for medical use, overdose is unlikely. In case of accidental ingestion, gastric lavage and symptomatic therapy are indicated.

Interaction with other medicinal products has not been studied.

В отдельных случаях могут наблюдаться местные реакции: сухость кожи, гиперемия кожи (покраснение) и жжение. Побочные эффекты носят обратимый характер и не требуют отмены лечения.

Если любые из указанных в инструкции побочных эффектов усугубляются, или отмечаются любые другие побочные эффекты, не указанные в инструкции, следует немедленно сообщить об этом врачу.

При применении препарата в соответствии с инструкцией по медицинскому применению передозировка маловероятна. При случайном проглатывании внутрь показано промывание желудка, симптоматическая терапия.

Взаимодействие с другими лекарственными средствами не изучалось.

Pharmacology

Naftifine is an antifungal agent for external use, belonging to the class of allylamines. Its mechanism of action is associated with the inhibition of squalene-2,3-epoxidase, leading to a decrease in the formation of ergosterol, a component of the fungal cell wall. Naftifine, by affecting squalene epoxidase, does not interfere with the cytochrome P-450 system. It is active against dermatophytes such as Trichophyton, Epidermophyton, Microsporum, yeast and yeast-like fungi (Candida spp., Pityrosporum), mold fungi (Aspergillus spp.), and other fungi (e.g., Sporothrix schenckii). Naftifine exhibits fungicidal activity against dermatophytes and aspergilli. Against yeast fungi, naftifine shows either fungicidal or fungistatic activity depending on the strain of the microorganism. It has antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms causing secondary bacterial infections. It possesses anti-inflammatory effects that contribute to the rapid resolution of inflammation symptoms, especially itching.

When applied externally, naftifine penetrates well into the skin, creating stable antifungal concentrations in its various layers. After application to the skin, less than 6% of naftifine undergoes systemic absorption. The absorbed amount is partially metabolized and excreted by the kidneys and through the intestines. The half-life of naftifine is 2-3 days.

Нафтифин - противогрибковое средство для наружного применения, относящееся к классу аллиламинов. Механизм действия связан с ингибированием сквален-2,3-эпоксидазы, что приводит к снижению образования эргостерола, входящего в состав клеточной стенки гриба. Нафтифин, влияя на скваленэпоксидазу, не затрагивает систему цитохрома Р-450. Активен в отношении дерматофитов, таких как Trichophyton, Epidermophyton, Microsporum, дрожжевых и дрожжеподобных грибов (Candida spp., Pityrosporum), плесневых грибов (Aspergillus spp.) и других грибов (например, Sporothrix schenckii).
