How to use

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: according to the regulatory documentation on the external packaging (label, box) of dietary supplements, the method of consumption is indicated - to be taken warm during meals. However, based on phytotherapeutic recommendations, infusions and decoctions of medicinal herbs are better consumed on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals. Therefore, in the annotation, we present this method of consumption - to be taken 30 minutes before meals.
1 briquette (2 g) should be poured with 0.5-1 glass of boiling water, infused for 5-10 minutes, and taken by adults in the morning and evening at a dose of 0.5-1 glass of infusion in a warm form 30 minutes before meals.
For children under 10 years old, it is advisable to take a dose of 1 tablespoon of infusion per year of life (i.e., if the child is 4 years old, the recommended dose is 4 tablespoons of infusion).
RECOMMENDED COURSE OF ADMINISTRATION: duration of intake - 1 month.

РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ ПО ПРИМЕНЕНИЮ: согласно нормативной документации на внешней упаковке (этикетке, коробке) БАДов указывается способ употребления - принимать в теплом виде во время еды. Однако, по фитотерапевтическим рекомендациям настои и отвары лекарственных трав лучше употреблять
на голодный желудок за 30 минут до еды. Поэтому в аннотации приводим именно этот способ употребления - принимать за 30 минут до еды.
1 брикет (2 г) залить 0,5-1 стаканом кипятка, настоять 5-10 минут, принимать взрослым утром и вечером по 0,5-1 стакану настоя в теплом виде за 30 минут до еды.
Детям до 10 лет целесообразен прием в дозе по 1 столовой ложке настоя сбора
на год жизни (т.е., если ребенку 4 года, рекомендуемая доза - 4 столовые ложки настоя).

To improve the functional state of the respiratory organs and as an additional source of ascorbic acid and glycyrrhizic acid.
Description of active components:
Essential oils of elecampane and eucalyptus have antiseptic and expectorant effects.
Licorice has antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects, enhancing the action of the other components of the collection.
Plantain is an immunostimulant, providing anti-inflammatory and expectorant effects.
Nettle has a general strengthening effect.
Motherwort in the evening collection is a sedative component.
MAIN INDICATIONS FOR THE COMPONENTS OF THE COLLECTION:
Lung diseases of various etiologies:

• acute respiratory diseases,

• pharyngitis,

• bronchiectasis,

• tracheobronchitis,

• pneumonia,

• tuberculosis (as an adjunctive treatment),

• oncological diseases (as an adjunctive treatment).

DAILY DOSE - 2 briquettes (1 briquette in the morning (“Alfit-11 Pulmonary” morning), 1 briquette in the evening (“Alfit-11 Pulmonary” evening)). The set is designed for 1 month of intake.

Description

Alfit-11 Lung Morning/Evening Briquettes - a dietary supplement for improving the functional state of the respiratory organs and as an additional source of ascorbic and glycyrrhizic acid. Alfit-11 is a herbal collection consisting of 60 briquettes: 30 for morning use and 30 for evening use. The collection includes well-known medicinal herbs:
- Elecampane (dried root);
- Licorice (dried root);
- Plantain (dried leaf);
- Nettle (dried leaf);
- Eucalyptus (dried leaf);
- Motherwort (herb).

The essential oils of elecampane and eucalyptus have antiseptic and expectorant effects. Licorice has antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects, enhancing the action of the other components of the collection. Plantain is an immune-boosting agent, providing anti-inflammatory and expectorant effects. Nettle has a general strengthening effect. Motherwort in the evening collection serves as a sedative component.

Adults should take 0.5-1 cup of the infusion warm, 30 minutes before meals, in the morning and evening.
