How to use

Adults: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) twice a day. Can be taken with tea, coffee, or mineral water. Shake well before use. The formation of plant sediment is permissible.
Duration of intake: 10-15 days. If necessary, the course can be repeated 3-4 times a year.
