How to use

Brush your teeth with toothpaste for 2-3 minutes at least 2 times a day.
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Clean your teeth using circular motions while gently massaging the gums.
Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.

Небольшое количество зубной пасты нанести на зубную щетку. Чистить зубы круговыми движениями, одновременно аккуратно массируя десны.
