1 tablet contains:
Active ingredients: sodium metamizole (analgin) - 250 mg; phenobarbital - 20 mg; bendazole - 20 mg; papaverine hydrochloride - 20 mg.
Excipients: potato starch - 51.84 mg; talc - 4.6 mg; stearic acid - 3.56 mg.

Contraindications & warnings

Hypersensitivity, severe liver and kidney failure, myasthenia gravis, pregnancy (especially the first trimester), lactation period, blood disorders, hypotension, glaucoma.

With prolonged use (more than 7 days), monitoring of the peripheral blood picture and liver function is necessary.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery:
During treatment, it is advised to refrain from engaging in potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

Allergic reactions, drowsiness, nausea, constipation, decreased speed of psychomotor reactions; with prolonged use: impaired liver and kidney function, leukopenia, agranulocytosis.

Combination with nitrates (nitroglycerin, nitrosorbide, sustak, etc.), calcium channel blockers (nifedipine, corinfar, etc.), beta-blockers (anaprilin, metoprolol, talinolol, etc.), ganglionic blockers (pentamine, etc.), diuretics (furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide, etc.), and myotropic antispasmodics (dipyridamole, euphylline, etc.) enhances the hypotensive effect of the drug.
Simultaneous use with other non-narcotic analgesics may lead to mutual enhancement of toxic effects.
Concurrent use with adsorbents, astringents, and coating agents reduces the absorption of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract.

Аллергические реакции, сонливость, тошнота, запоры, снижение скорости психомоторных реакций; при длительном применении: нарушение функции печени и почек, лейкопения, агранулоцитоз.

Pharmacology

Combined preparation, it has vasodilatory, analgesic, and antispasmodic effects.
By reducing total peripheral resistance and acting on arterioles, the preparation lowers blood pressure, improves collateral circulation, and increases oxygen delivery to the heart.
Sodium metamizole has analgesic, antipyretic, and mild anti-inflammatory effects. The combination of antispasmodics (bendazole and papaverine hydrochloride) with sodium metamizole enhances the analgesic effect of the latter in cases of headache and migraine. The presence of phenobarbital in the preparation contributes to the manifestation of a sedative effect and enhances the action of other components.

Комбинированный препарат, оказывает вазодилатирующее, анальгезирующсе и спазмолитическое действие.
Уменьшая общее периферическое сопротивление, действуя на артериолы, препарат снижает артериальное давление, улучшает коллатеральное кровообращение, увеличивает доставку кислорода к сердцу.
Метамизол натрия обладает обезболивающим, жаропонижающим и слабым противовоспалительным действием. Комбинация спазмолитиков (бендазол и папаверина гидрохлорида) с метамизолом натрия усиливает обезболивающее действие последнего при головной боли, мигрени. Наличие в препарате фенобарбитала способствует проявлению седативного аффекта и усилению действия других компонентов.
