Indications
The drug Afala® is indicated for use in adults.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia stage I and II.
Chronic abacterial prostatitis - as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent.
Dysuric disorders (frequent urges to urinate, including nocturia, difficulty urinating, pain or discomfort in the perineal area) accompanying benign prostatic hyperplasia stage I and II and chronic abacterial prostatitis.

Препарат Афала® показан к применению у взрослых.
Доброкачественная гиперплазия предстательной железы I и II стадии.
Хронический абактериальный простатит - в качестве противовоспалительного и обезболивающего средства.
Дизурические расстройства (частые позывы на мочеиспускание, включая ночные, затруднение при мочеиспускании, боль или дискомфорт в области промежности), сопровождающие доброкачественную гиперплазию предстательной железы I и II стадии и хронический абактериальный простатит.
How to use
The tablet is not intended to be divided into parts.
Orally. For one dose, take 2 tablets (hold in the mouth until completely dissolved - not during meals).
The medication is taken 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening.
The recommended duration of treatment is 16 weeks.
In cases of severe pain syndrome and dysuric disorders, the medication may be taken up to 4 times a day during the first 2-3 weeks of therapy.
If necessary, a repeat course of treatment may be conducted after 1-4 months upon the doctor's recommendation.

Риска не предназначена для деления таблетки на части.
Внутрь. На один прием 2 таблетки (держать во рту до полного растворения - не во время приема пищи).
Препарат принимают 2 раза в день, утром и вечером.
Рекомендуемая длительность приема препарата - 16 недель.
При выраженных болевом синдроме и дизурических нарушениях в первые 2-3 недели терапии показан прием препарата до 4 раз в сутки.
При необходимости по рекомендации врача возможно проведение повторного курса лечения через 1-4 месяца.
Composition
Composition (per 1 tablet)
Active ingredient:
affinity-purified antibodies to prostate-specific antigen - 10,000 EMU*.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
• EMU - units of modifying action.
Tablets in a flat-cylindrical shape, with a score and bevel, from white to almost white in color.
On the flat side with the score, the inscription MATERIA MEDICA is applied, and on the other flat side, the inscription AFALA is applied.

антитела к простатоспецифическому антигену аффинно очищенные - 10 000 ЕМД*.
Вспомогательные вещества: лактозы моногидрат, целлюлоза микрокристаллическая, магния стеарат.
• ЕМД - единицы модифицирующего действия.
Таблетки плоскоцилиндрической формы, с риской и фаской, от белого до почти белого цвета.
На плоской стороне с риской нанесена надпись MATERIA MEDICA, на другой плоской стороне нанесена надпись AFALA.
Contraindications & warnings
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug. Not recommended for use in patients under 18 years of age due to insufficient data on efficacy and safety for this age group.
Lactase deficiency, hereditary galactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The Afala® drug is not intended for use in women.
If you have an intolerance to certain sugars, consult your healthcare provider before taking this medication.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
Afala® does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate other potentially dangerous machinery.

Possible reactions of increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.
In case of overdose, dyspeptic symptoms may occur, caused by the excipients included in the formulation.
No cases of incompatibility with other medications have been reported to date.

Pharmacology
Reduces inflammation and swelling in the prostate gland, normalizes its functional state. Improves urodynamics, decreases the volume of residual urine, normalizes the tone of the lower urinary tract, and helps reduce dysuric disorders.
The sensitivity of modern physicochemical analysis methods (gas-liquid chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, chromatographic mass spectrometry) does not allow for the assessment of the active substance content in biological fluids, organs, and tissues, which makes it technically impossible to study the pharmacokinetics of the Afala® preparation.

Уменьшает явления воспаления и отека в предстательной железе, нормализует ее функциональное состояние. Улучшает уродинамику, снижает объем остаточной мочи, нормализует тонус нижних отделов мочевыводящих путей, способствует уменьшению дизурических расстройств.
Чувствительность современных физико-химических методов анализа (газожидкостная хроматография, высокоэффективная жидкостная хроматография, хромато-масс-спектрометрия) не позволяет оценивать содержание действующего вещества в биологических жидкостях, органах и тканях, что делает технически невозможным изучение фармакокинетики препарата Афала®.
