Nasal irrigation in a child is performed in a lying position.
Turn the child's head to the side.
Insert the tip into the upper nasal passage.
Instill 2-3 drops into the nasal passage.
Remove any remaining solution using an aspirator.
Sit the child up and assist with blowing their nose.
If necessary, repeat the procedure.
Repeat the procedure with the other passage.

For children over 2 years old and adults.
Tilt the head to the side.
Insert the tip into the upper nasal passage.
Instill 3-5 drops into the nasal passage.
Remove any remaining solution using an aspirator or by blowing the nose.
If necessary, repeat the procedure.
Repeat the procedure with the other passage.

For the prevention of ARVI, use after visiting public places, after contact with sick individuals, as well as in the morning and evening for cleansing and daily hygiene. To prevent the development of allergic reactions during periods of contact with allergens, use every 1-2 hours.
After using the nasal drops, rinse the tip under running water.

In the presence of an acute inflammatory process and thick mucus, use a hypertonic solution (2%) of lake salt (brine) to reduce swelling and thin the contents of the nasal sinuses (if the child is over two years old).
