How to use

-Install the power elements (depending on the model - rechargeable battery or AA or AAA batteries) or connect the adapter.

• For the upper arm blood pressure monitor, connect the cuff to the monitor; the patient should sit in a comfortable position; it is better to wear short-sleeved clothing; the cuff should be placed on the arm so that it is positioned 2-3 cm above the elbow crease and below the shoulder joint; for accurate blood pressure measurement, the cuff should be secured on the arm such that a thumb can be easily inserted between the cuff and the arm; the rubber tube should be positioned so that it "faces" the center of the elbow crease; the tube must be checked for kinks or constrictions; the arm with the cuff should be relaxed and comfortably placed on the backrest or pillow; the legs should hang freely down, crossing them is not allowed.

• The center of the cuff and the heart should be at the same level;

• The ideal height between the chair seat and the height of the surface where the arm is placed is 25-30 cm.

• After completing all the preparation steps, press the power button; air is automatically pumped into the cuff; during the procedure, movement or talking is not allowed; after the results appear on the LCD display of the monitor, the device can be turned off with the same button used to turn it on; air is released from the cuff after the measurements are completed. If for any reason it is necessary to stop measuring blood pressure, the power button should be pressed again.

-Установите элементы питания (в зависимости от варианта исполнения - аккумуляторная батарея или элементы питания типа АА или ААА) или подключите адаптер.

• Тонометр с манжетой на плечо, подключите манжету к тонометру; пациент должен сидеть в удобной позе; одежду надеть лучше с коротким рукавом; манжету надевают на руку таким образом, чтобы она расположилась выше сгиба локтя на 2-3 см и ниже плечевого сустава; для правильного измерения давления манжета закрепляется на руке так, чтобы между нею и рукой можно было легко вставить большой палец; резиновая трубка должна располагаться так, чтобы она «смотрела» в центр сгиба локтя; трубку необходимо проверить на наличие сгибов или пережимов; руку с манжетой свободно опускают и укладывают поудобней на спинке или подушке; ноги должны быть свободно опущены вниз, скрещивать их не допускается.

• Центр манжеты и сердце должны располагаться на одном уровне;

• Идеальная высота между сиденьем стула и высотой поверхности, на которой расположена рука, составляет 25-30 см.

• После проведения всех мер, связанных с подготовкой к применению, нажимают кнопку включения; воздух нагнетается в манжету автоматически; во время процедуры не допускается двигаться или разговаривать; после появления результатов на ЖК-дисплее тонометра прибор можно выключить той же кнопкой, что и включали; воздух из манжеты выпускается по окончании замеров. Если по какой-то причине потребовалось прекратить мерить давление, необходимо повторно нажать на кнопку включения.
