How to use

Pour 2 filter bags (1.5 g each) with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 15 minutes, strain the infusion or squeeze the filter bag.
Adults should take 1/4 cup (50 ml) 4 times a day or 1/2 cup (100 ml) 2 times a day, during meals.
Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 1 month.
Repeated courses may be taken within the year.

Aspen preparations possess diaphoretic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, diuretic, astringent, emollient, and antihelminthic properties.
