How to use
1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed herbal raw material or 1 filter bag (1.5 g) should be poured with one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, infused for 15 minutes, and then strained or the filter bag squeezed. Adults should take 1/2 cup (100 ml) 2 times a day with meals. The prepared infusion should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 1 month. Repeated intake is possible within a year.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Настой из корневищ лапчатки обладает вяжущим и противовоспалительным действием.
Description
White cinquefoil root is a biologically active food supplement containing crushed white cinquefoil root. In folk medicine, cinquefoil is used as a remedy for treating thyroid diseases (thyrotoxicosis, thyroid hyperplasia, hyperthyroidism). This plant also has astringent, antibacterial, antiseptic, wound-healing, hemostatic, and hypotensive properties, and regulates metabolism.
For use, take 8–10 g of crushed white cinquefoil roots and 0.5 L of water, boil on low heat for 10–15 minutes, infuse, and strain. Bring the volume back to the original with boiled water. Take 2 tablespoons 3–4 times a day before meals. Consult a doctor before use.

Лапчатки белой корень - это биологически активная добавка к пище, содержащая измельченный корень лапчатки белой. В народной медицине лапчатка используется как средство для лечения заболеваний щитовидной железы (тиреотоксикоз, гиперплазия щитовидной железы, гипертиреоз). Это растение также обладает вяжущим, антибактериальным, антисептическим, ранозаживляющим, гемостатическим, гипотензивным свойствами, регулирует обмен веществ. Для применения взять 8–10 г измельченных корней лапчатки белой и 0,5 л воды, варить на слабом огне 10–15 минут, настоять, процедить. Довести объем кипяченой водой до исходного. Принимать по 2 ст. ложки 3–4 раза в день до еды. Перед применением следует проконсультироваться с врачом.
