How to use
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Pull the colored strip and remove the tampon from the packaging.
Straighten the removal cord located at the base of the tampon.
Choose a comfortable position and insert the tampon into the vagina as deeply as possible, ensuring the cord remains outside. If the tampon does not cause discomfort, it means you have inserted it correctly.
Tampons should be changed every 4-6 hours depending on the intensity of the discharge.
To remove the tampon, gently pull on the removal cord.

Потяните за цветную полоску и извлеките тампон из упаковки.
Расправьте шнур для удаления тампона, который находится в основании тампона.
Выберите удобное положение и как можно глубже введите тампон во влагалище, чтобы шнур остался снаружи. Если тампон не вызывает дискомфорта - значит Вы ввели его правильно.
Тампоны необходимо менять каждые 4-6 часов в зависимости от интенсивности выделений.
