How to use
- Tear off the strip securing the cellophane wrapper.
- Remove the lower part of the wrapper, where the thread for tampon removal is secured.
- Straighten the thread, expand the end of the tampon to create a small indentation.
- Insert your index finger into this indentation, remove the upper part of the cellophane wrapper, and insert the tampon.
- Tampons should be changed every 4-5 hours.

-Снимите нижнюю часть оболочки, где закреплена нить для удаления тампона.
-Расправьте нитку, расширьте конец тампона таким образом, чтобы сделать небольшое углубление.
-Вставьте указательный палец в это углубление, снимите верхнюю часть целлофановой оболочки и введите тампон.
-Тампоны следует менять через каждые 4-5 часов.

- Tear off the strip securing the cellophane wrapper.
- Remove the lower part of the wrapper, where the removal string is attached.
- Straighten the string, expand the end of the tampon to create a small indentation.
- Insert your index finger into this indentation, remove the top part of the cellophane wrapper, and insert the tampon.
- Tampons should be changed every 4-5 hours.
