How to use
Place about 10 g (1 tablespoon) of birch buds in an enamel container, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water over them, cover with a lid, and infuse in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, and squeeze the remaining raw material. Adjust the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take 1-2 tablespoons orally 3 times a day before meals.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Около 10 г (1 столовая ложка) почек березы помещают в эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) горячей кипяченой воды, закрывают крышкой и настаивают на кипящей водяной бане в течение 15 минут, охлаждают при комнатной температуре 45 минут, процеживают, оставшееся сырье отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают внутрь по 1-2 столовые ложки 3 раза в день до еды.
Перед употреблением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.

Kidneys elongated-conical, pointed or blunt, often sticky.
The color of the kidneys is brown, sometimes greenish at the base. The smell is balsamic, pleasant. The taste of the aqueous extract is slightly astringent, resinous.

Birch buds are a medicinal product. Birch buds contain essential oil, resins, tannins, flavonoids, saponins, and other biologically active substances. The infusion of birch buds has diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects. It is recommended for conditions such as edema of cardiac or renal origin of mild to moderate severity (as part of combination therapy). The infusion is taken orally in warm form at a dosage of 1-2 tablespoons 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. The treatment course lasts 2-3 weeks. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use. Whole buds are packaged in 50 g. It is advisable to consult a doctor before use.

Березы почки - это лекарственный препарат. Почки березы содержат эфирное масло, смолы, дубильные вещества, флавоноиды, сапонины и другие биологически активные вещества. Настой почек березы оказывает диуретическое (мочегонное) и противовоспалительное действие. Рекомендуется при таких заболеваниях, как отеки сердечного или почечного происхождения слабой и умеренной выраженности (в составе комплексной терапии).
