Indications
The drug is used in combination therapy for:
• chronic urinary bladder infections (cystitis);
• infectious and non-infectious chronic kidney inflammation (pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis);
• as a means to prevent the formation of urinary stones (also after the removal of urinary stones)

How to use
The Kanefron® N preparation is taken orally.
Dosage regimen: 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and evening) according to the table below or as directed by a physician.

50 drops correspond to 3.3 ml of the preparation.
Shake well before use!
The dosage of the preparation is carried out using the dosing dropper attached to the bottle. The bottle should be held vertically when dosing the preparation. If necessary (for example, to soften the bitter taste for children), the preparation can be taken with a small amount of water (for example, 1 glass).
During treatment with the preparation, adequate fluid intake is recommended.
The duration of the treatment course depends on the course of the disease. After improvement (completion of the acute phase of the disease), treatment with the preparation should be continued for 2 - 4 weeks. Extension of the duration and conducting repeated treatment courses is possible upon the physician's recommendation.

Режим дозирования: 3 раза в день (утром, днем и вечером) в соответствии с приведенной ниже таблицей или указаниями врача.

Дозирование препарата осуществляется с помощью дозирующего капельного устройства, закрепленного на флаконе. Флакон следует держать вертикально при дозировании препарата. При необходимости (например, чтобы смягчить горький вкус для детей) препарат можно запить небольшим количеством воды (например, 1 стакан).
Во время лечения препаратом рекомендуется достаточное потребление жидкости.
Длительность курса лечения зависит от течения заболевания. После наступления улучшения (завершения острой фазы заболевания) следует продолжить лечение препаратом в течение 2 - 4 недель. Увеличение продолжительности и проведение повторных курсов лечения возможно по рекомендации врача
Composition
1 ml (equivalent to 0.98 g) of the preparation contains:
976 mg of liquid extract mixture (1:1:1) of medicinal plant raw materials (1:56) from centaury herb, lovage root, rosemary leaves.
Extractants: 1st fraction: ethanol 59% (v/v) [= 51% (w/w)], 2nd - 4th fractions: purified water.
Ethanol content: 16.0 - 19.5% (v/v)
A clear or slightly cloudy liquid of yellowish-brown color with a characteristic odor. Opalescence (cloudiness) and the formation of a small sediment may occur during storage.

Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to any of the components of the drug, to plants of the Apiaceae family (including anise and fennel), as well as to anethole (a component of the essential oils of such plants as anise and fennel).
Children under 1 year of age.
Peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage.
With caution:
Liver diseases, traumatic brain injury, brain diseases, alcoholism, epilepsy, children under 1 year of age.
If the symptoms of the disease do not improve, worsen, or recur periodically, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
If fever, cramps, blood in urine, urinary disturbances, pain during urination, or acute urinary retention occur, it is essential to seek medical attention immediately.
In cases of edema caused by heart or kidney dysfunction, the consumption of large amounts of liquid is contraindicated, as well as in situations where the doctor has recommended a restricted fluid intake.
During storage, slight opalescence and the formation of a small sediment may occur, which does not affect the quality and effectiveness of the product.
The product contains 16.0 - 19.5% (v/v) ethanol, which means up to 0.5 g of absolute ethyl alcohol in a single dose for adults (50 drops), and up to 1.5 g of absolute ethyl alcohol in a daily dose (150 drops). In a single dose for children from 1 year (15 drops), it contains up to 0.15 g of absolute ethyl alcohol.

Заболевания печени, черепно-мозговая травма, заболевания головного мозга, алкоголизм, эпилепсия, детский до 1 года.
Если симптомы заболевания не улучшаются, ухудшаются или повторяются периодически, необходимо обратиться за консультацией к врачу.
Если появились лихорадка, спазмы, кровь в моче, нарушения мочеиспускания, боли при мочеиспускании или острая задержка мочи, необходимо срочно обратиться к врачу.
При отеках, вызванных нарушениями функции сердца или почек, потребление большого количества жидкости противопоказано, а также в том случае, если врач рекомендовал ограниченный питьевой режим.
В процессе хранения возможна легкая опалесценция и образование небольшого осадка, что не влияет на качество и эффективность препарата.
