How to use
About 3.5 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed leaves are placed in an enamel container, poured with 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, and infused in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is squeezed.
The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally 1/4 - 1/3 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают внутрь по 1/4 - 1/3стакана 3 раза в день за 30 минут до еды.

The infusion of birch leaves is used as a diuretic for edema of cardiovascular and renal origin.
