How to use

Dentists recommend brushing teeth for 2-3 minutes, at least 2 times a day.
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush teeth in circular motions.
Rinse the mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds.
