Indications

Promotes healing of skin and mucous membranes, preventing the formation of scars. Softens rough, cracked skin. Improves the condition of the skin in cases of inflammation, eczema, dermatitis, acne, rashes, and psoriasis. Heals cracks in the corners of the mouth, alleviates herpes inflammation. Used for insect bites, sunburns, and household burns. Especially suitable for sensitive, reactive skin and for infants. Suitable for hair care and oily skin as it regulates sebum production and tightens pores.

При заживлении кожи и слизистых предотвращает образование рубцов, шрамов. Смягчает грубую, потрескавшуюся кожу. Улучшает состояние кожных покровов при воспалениях, экземе, дерматите, акне, сыпи, псориазе. Заживляет трещинки в уголках рта, снимает герпесное воспаление. Применяют при укусах насекомых, солнечных и бытовых ожогах. Особенно подходит для чувствительной, реактивной и кожи младенцев. Подходит для ухода за волосами и жирной кожей т.к. регулирует выделение себума и сужает поры.

How to use

It can be used in its pure form, mixed with other fatty oils, added to cosmetic products, or enriched with essential oils for targeted effects.
With cosmetic products: For 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of cream or 100 ml of shampoo or conditioner - up to 10 drops of calendula oil.
Face masks: Apply to the face along massage lines. Procedure time - 15-20 minutes.
Cleansing the facial skin: Soak a cotton pad in hot water, wring it out, apply fatty oil to it, and wipe the skin with the cotton pad along massage lines.
Facial and body massage: The oil is used for direct massage of the body, including the face, neck, and décolletage area.
Enriching calendula oil with essential oil:
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of base oil - 3-5 drops of essential oil
30 ml of base oil - 12-30 drops of essential oil
50 ml of base oil - 30-50 drops of essential oil

Pharmacology

BOTAVIKOS COSMETIC OIL OF CALENDULA - is obtained from the flowers of calendula (marigold) through oil extraction. The plant is grown in the temperate climates of Europe and Asia, as well as in Australia. The composition of calendula oil includes carotenoids, essential oil, bitter components, saponins, and flavonol glycosides. The chemical and fatty acid compositions vary depending on the base oil used for infusing the calendula.

Appearance and properties: Color: from brown to dark red; Smell: herbal. Consistency: solid at 20°C, liquid at temperatures above 40°C.

Calendula oil softens the skin, especially rough and cracked areas, evens out texture, smooths out scars and small blemishes, strengthens capillaries, and helps eliminate spider veins. It is very beneficial for sensitive skin - as an antiseptic, it has anti-inflammatory effects, alleviates irritation and redness, and heals minor injuries. The oil is also suitable for oily skin care: it regulates sebum production, removes excess oil, tightens pores, and eliminates acne.

Vitamin E: Prevents the oxidation of unsaturated lipids; Promotes inflammation reduction; Strengthens cell membranes; Slows down aging processes.

Vitamin C: Regulates redox processes; Enhances tissue regeneration; Acts as a powerful antioxidant.

Vitamin F: Activates the skin cell renewal process; Softens the skin; Enhances the antioxidant properties of vitamin C; Strengthens the structure of the stratum corneum.

Special features: No fragrances, no preservatives, no colorants, no sulfates, paraben-free.

BOTAVIKOS МАСЛО КОСМЕТИЧЕСКОЕ ЖИРНОЕ КАЛЕНДУЛЫ - получают из цветков календулы (ноготков) методом масляной экстракции. Растение выращивается в умеренном климате стран Европы и Азии, а также в Австралии. В состав масла календулы входят каротиноиды, эфирное масло, горькие компоненты, сапонины, флавонолгликозиды. Химический и жирнокислотный составы варьируются в зависимости от базового масла, на котором настаивается календула.
Внешний вид и свойства: Цвет: от коричневого до темно-красного, Запах: травянистый. Консистенция: твердое - при температуре 20°C, жидкое - при температуре свыше 40°C.
Масло календулы смягчает кожу, особенно огрубевшую и потрескавшуюся, выравнивает рельеф, разглаживает следы от шрамов, небольших рубцов, укрепляет капилляры и способствует устранению сосудистых звездочек. Очень полезно для чувствительной кожи - как антисептик действует противовоспалительно, снимает раздражения и покраснения, заживляет мелкие повреждения. Масло подойдет также для ухода за жирной кожей: оно регулирует выработку кожного сала, удаляет его излишки, сужает поры, устраняет угревую сыпь.
