Vitamin B1 regulates many vital functions: carbohydrate metabolism, activity of the central and peripheral nervous systems. It is involved in the synthesis of thyroid hormone and supports cardiovascular system function.
Calcium is essential for the formation of bones, teeth, and healthy gums; it reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis. Calcium lowers cholesterol levels, prevents cardiovascular diseases, and helps reduce blood pressure.
