Indications
"Calcium-Active Citrate" is recommended as an additional source of calcium and vitamin D3 to improve the functional state of the musculoskeletal system:

• to normalize calcium and vitamin D3 metabolism;
• helps reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

How to use
Adults: 1-2 tablets once a day with food. Duration of intake – 1 month. Regular intake is allowed with a 10-day break.

The absorption of calcium from this salt is independent of food intake and gastric acidity, which is particularly relevant for individuals over fifty years old with reduced acidity. Calcium citrate helps to reduce the formation of oxalates in urine, decreasing the risk of sand and stone formation in the kidneys. The breakdown products of calcium citrate continue to function in the body, participating in the energy cycle of cells.
