Selenium-Active 180 tablets

"Selen-Active" is recommended as an additional source of selenium and vitamin C.

Adults: 1 tablet once a day with meals. Duration of intake: 1 month. Regular intake is allowed with a 10-day break.

The organic selenium compound in the Selenium-Active preparation does not cause any side effects even at concentrations significantly exceeding the maximum allowable levels for selenium. In cases of individual hypersensitivity, allergic reactions may occur.

"Selenium-Active®" was developed by specialists from the Medical Radiological Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (Obninsk). They combined selenium with the biomolecule xanthene - an antioxidant that is a component of natural antioxidants - vitamin E and bioflavonoids. The resulting compound does not cause any side effects, even at concentrations hundreds of times above the maximum allowable levels.

Description of active components:
The daily requirement for selenium in humans is 80-200 mcg. This is a very small dose. With daily intake of such an amount, the total volume over a lifetime will not exceed half a teaspoon! Unfortunately, it is impossible to obtain even this small amount from modern food products. Our soils contain virtually no selenium. As a result, every second resident of Russia suffers from selenium deficiency.

The preparation "SELEN-ACTIVE" helps to replenish selenium deficiency. This absolutely safe remedy has been called a smart element by its developers. The reason is that the molecule of the preparation, into which selenium is embedded, can function either as a source of selenium for organs and tissues or as an independent antioxidant, depending on the body's needs.
