How to use

For external use.
For muscle and joint pain - apply 1 - 3 g of the ointment using an applicator to the painful area and gently rub into the skin 2 - 3 times a day.
When used as a warming agent for athletes, apply to the area being massaged using an applicator. A small amount of ointment (approximately 2 - 3 g) should be rubbed in with massaging movements until the skin reddens. After training, the ointment should be washed off the skin with cool water.
The duration of treatment depends on the nature and severity of the condition; however, the product should not be used for more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.
If you forget to use the product
If you forget to use the product, use it as soon as possible and continue with your usual application. Do not apply a double dose if the previous application time was missed.
If you feel that the effect of the product is too strong or too weak, inform your doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions for use
Avoid contact of the ointment with open wounds, mucous membranes, and eyes. To avoid side effects, it is recommended to first apply a small amount of ointment to the skin to determine sensitivity to the product.
After each application, wash your hands with cool water and soap!

При мышечных и суставных болях - 1 - 3 г мази наносят при помощи аппликатора на область болезненного участка и слегка втирают в кожу 2 - 3 раза в день.
При применении в качестве разогревающего средства у спортсменов наносят на
массируемую область при помощи аппликатора. Небольшое количество мази (примерно 2 - 3 г) втирают массируемыми движениями до покраснения кожи. После тренировки следует смыть мазь с кожи прохладной водой.
Длительность курса лечения зависит от характера и тяжести заболевания, однако не следует применять препарат более 10 дней без консультации врача.
Если Вы забыли применить препарат
Если Вы забыли применить препарат, используйте его как можно быстрее и продолжайте применение как обычно. Не применяйте двойную дозу, если предыдущее время применения препарата было пропущено.
Если Вы чувствуете, что действие препарата слишком сильное или слабое, скажите об этом врачу или провизору.

Меры предосторожности при применении
Следует избегать попадания мази на открытые раны, слизистые оболочки и глаза. Во избежание побочных явлений рекомендуется предварительно нанести небольшое количество мази на кожу для определения чувствительности к препарату.
После каждой процедуры следует вымыть руки прохладной водой с мылом!

Composition

In 1 g of ointment contains:
active ingredients: dimethyl sulfoxide - 50 mg, racemic camphor - 30 mg, turpentine - 30 mg, benzyl nicotinate - 20 mg, nonivamide - 2 mg;
excipients: cetostearyl alcohol emulsifying (type A) - 97 mg, sodium cetylstearyl sulfate - 38 mg, polysorbate 80 - 20 mg, bronopol - 1 mg, purified water - up to 1 g.

Ointment of white or white with a slight yellowish tint, with a characteristic smell of camphor and turpentine.

активные вещества: диметилсульфоксид - 50 мг, камфора рацемическая - 30 мг, скипидар живичный - 30 мг, бензилникотинат - 20 мг, нонивамид - 2 мг;
вспомогательные вещества: цетостеариловый спирт эмульгирующий (тип А) - 97 мг, натрия цетилстеарилсульфат - 38 мг, полисорбат-80 - 20 мг, бронопол - 1 мг, вода очищенная - до 1 г.

Мазь белого или белого со слегка желтоватым оттенком цвета со специфическим запахом камфоры и скипидара.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

In case of increased skin sensitivity to the components of the ointment, itching, swelling, or urticaria may occur. It is necessary to discontinue the use of the ointment and consult a doctor. The listed symptoms disappear within 8 - 12 hours after discontinuation of the ointment.

Excessive application of the ointment on the skin may cause skin redness, mild transient itching, or a burning sensation.
In case of accidental ingestion of the ointment, consult a doctor. Take the product packaging with you to the doctor.

При повышенной чувствительности кожи к компонентам мази могут возникнуть зуд, отек или крапивница. Необходимо прекратить применение мази и обратиться к врачу. Перечисленные симптомы исчезают через 8 - 12 часов после прекращения применения мази.

При нанесении на кожу слишком большого количества мази могут возникнуть покраснение кожи, легкий проходящий зуд или ощущение жжения.
При случайном проглатывании мази обратитесь к врачу. Упаковку препарата возьмите с собой к врачу.

Pharmacology

Pain-relieving and warming ointment contains substances that have a vasodilating and irritating effect on sensitive nerve endings, resulting in local irritation, hyperemia, and pain relief. Local skin irritation causes changes in blood supply and selective reduction of trophism in internal organs innervated by the same segments of the spinal cord. Additional irritation in the corresponding segment of the spinal cord triggers further activation of the antinociceptive system, which inhibits the transmission of pain impulses to the cerebral cortex and improves pain tolerance.
Skin temperature increases by 1 - 2 °C within 2 - 3 hours. The analgesic effect begins within 30 - 40 minutes and lasts for 3 - 6 hours. With repeated application, the ointment maintains its effect for 10 - 14 days.

The ointment is rapidly absorbed into the surrounding tissues. Absorption into the systemic bloodstream is minimal.

Болеутоляющая и разогревающая мазь, содержит вещества, обладающие сосудорасширяющим и раздражающим действием на чувствительные нервные окончания, вследствие чего оказывает местнораздражающее, гиперемизирующее и болеутоляющее действие. Локальное раздражение кожи служит причиной изменения кровоснабжения и избирательного уменьшения трофики внутренних органов, иннервируемых со стороны этих же сегментов спинного мозга. Дополнительное раздражение в соответствующем сегменте спинного мозга вызывает дополнительную активацию антиноцицептивной системы, что препятствует проведению болевых импульсов в кору головного мозга и улучшает переносимость боли.
Температура кожи повышается на 1 - 2 °С в течение 2 - 3 часов. Болеутоляющее действие наступает через 30 - 40 минут и продолжается до 3 - 6 часов. При повторном применении мазь сохраняет действие в течение 10 - 14 дней.

Мазь быстро всасывается в близлежащие ткани. Всасывание в системный кровоток незначительно.
