Indications
The infusion of chamomile flowers is used internally as part of a comprehensive therapy for chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum, chronic enteritis, chronic colitis, flatulence, intestinal spasms, and diarrhea.
Locally, the infusion is used for gargling in cases of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs and oral cavity (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, stomatitis, gingivitis).
In the form of microenemas, it is used for spastic colitis and hemorrhoids.

Настой цветков ромашки применяют внутрь в комплексной терапии при хронических гастритах, язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, при хроническом энтерите, хроническом колите, метеоризме, спазмах кишечника, поносах.
Местно для полосканий настой применяют при инфекционно-воспалительных заболеваниях ЛОР-органов и полости рта (фарингиты, тонзиллиты, стоматиты, гингивиты).
В виде микроклизм применяют при спастическом колите, геморрое.
How to use
Place 2 filter bags in a glass or enamel container, pour in 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover, and steep for 15 minutes.
Squeeze the filter bags, and dilute the resulting infusion with boiled water to a total volume of 100 ml.
The infusion is taken orally 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - 2-3 tablespoons; children aged 7 to 12 years - 1-2 tablespoons; children aged 3 to 6 years - 1 tablespoon; children under 3 years - 1 teaspoon.
For rinsing the mouth and throat, use 1/2 - 1 cup of infusion 3-5 times a day while warm.
For enemas, introduce 50 ml of warm infusion into the rectum.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

2 фильтр-пакета помещают в стеклянную или эмалированную посуду, заливают 100 мл (1/2 стакана) кипятка, накрывают и настаивают в течение 15 минут.
Фильтр-пакеты отжимают, объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 100 мл.
Настой принимают внутрь 2 - 3 раза в сутки: взрослые и дети старше 12 лет - по 2-3 столовые ложки; дети от 7 до 12 лет - по 1-2 столовые ложки; дети от 3 до 6 лет - по 1 столовой ложке; дети до 3-х лет - по 1 чайной ложке.
Для полосканий полости рта и глотки применяют по 1/2 - 1 стакану настоя 3-5 раз в день в теплом виде.
В виде клизм вводят в прямую кишку по 50 мл теплого настоя.
Перед применением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.

Chamomile flowers (Chamomillae flores)
A mixture of crushed particles of chamomile flowers in various shapes, yellowish-green in color with white specks. The smell is weak and aromatic. The taste of the aqueous extract is spicy, slightly bitter, with a mucilaginous sensation.
