How to use

Apply locally.
For the treatment of burns, long-healing wounds, and trophic ulcers of the limbs, the product is used in the form of gauze dressings soaked in an oily solution. The procedure can be alternated with the use of a 1% alcoholic solution of chlorophyllipt, diluted with a 0.25% solution of novocaine in a ratio of 1:5. The treatment course lasts 2-3 weeks.
For the treatment of cervical erosions, all folds of the vaginal mucosa and the vaginal part of the cervix are first dried with tampons, and the cervical canal is smeared with a 2% oily solution of chlorophyllipt. A tampon soaked in the product is left on the cervix for 15-20 minutes. The manipulations are performed daily for 10 days. Subsequently, for 2 weeks, after each douching with a diluted alcoholic solution of chlorophyllipt (1 tablespoon of the product per 1 liter of water), a tampon, abundantly soaked in the oily solution of chlorophyllipt, is left in the vagina for 12 hours. In case of incomplete epithelialization of the erosion, the treatment course is repeated.
To prevent nipple cracks in nursing mothers, nipples are smeared after each feeding. Before the next feeding, the product is thoroughly washed off with boiled water.

При лечении ожогов, долго незаживающих ран и трофических язв конечностей препарат используют в виде пропитанных масляным раствором марлевых повязок. Процедуру можно чередовать с применением 1 % спиртового раствора хлорофиллипта, разведенного 0,25 % раствором новокаина в соотношении 1 : 5. Курс лечения 2-3 недели.
При лечении эрозий шейки матки предварительно осушают тампонами все складки слизистой влагалища, влагалищной части шейки матки и смазывают канал шейки матки 2 % масляным раствором хлорофиллипта. Смоченный в препарате тампон оставляют на шейке матки на 15-20 мин. Манипуляции проводят в течение 10 дней ежедневно. В дальнейшем, на протяжении 2-х недель, после каждого спринцевания разведенным спиртовым раствором хлорофиллипта (1 столовая ложка препарата на 1 л воды), тампон, обильно смоченный масляным раствором хлорофиллипта, оставляют во влагалище на 12 часов. В случае неполной эпителизации эрозии курс лечения повторяют.
С целью предупреждения трещин сосков у кормящих матерей смазывают соски после каждого кормления. Перед началом следующего кормления препарат тщательно смывают кипяченой водой.

Беременность и лактация:
В период беременности применять после консультации с врачом.

До лечения необходимо проверить чувствительность больного к препарату путем местной аппликации небольшого количества препарата. При отсутствии аллергических реакций (гиперемия, зуд) можно назначать курсовое лечение препаратом; при наличии аллергических реакций препарат противопоказан.

Side effects, overdose & interactions

Allergic reactions may occur.

In case of overdose, an exacerbation of side effects may occur.

When used together with hydrogen peroxide for the treatment of burns and trophic ulcers, chlorophyllipt precipitates. To avoid this, after applying hydrogen peroxide, the wound must be rinsed with a sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution.
