Description of Components
Soy Isoflavones (soybean extract) - phytoestrogens, plant-derived substances chemically similar to the human hormone estrogen, but with significantly lower activity. During menopause, the level of endogenous estrogens decreases; in this case, phytoestrogens can help restore the necessary hormone levels, alleviating hot flashes, maintaining healthy bones, and soy isoflavones also possess antioxidant properties, participating in metabolic processes.
Motherwort herb extract - used as a calming agent for increased nervous excitability, insomnia, vegetative-vascular dystonia, and neuroses.
Black Cohosh root extract - has a mild sedative, relaxing, and antispasmodic effect, significantly reduces the intensity of hot flashes, alleviates depression associated with the climacteric period, and normalizes sleep.
