Indications

as a biologically active food supplement - a source of glycine, an additional source of vitamin C, containing hydroxyproline.

Method of application and doses

Dissolve 1 portion of powder (8g) (1 sachet) in ½-1 glass (100-200 ml) of water, juice, or any beverage at room temperature, and mix thoroughly; adults should take 1 portion per day with meals. The duration of intake is 1-2 months. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.
