How to use
Wear the corset over underwear while lying on your back.
The stiffening ribs should be positioned in the middle of the lumbar spine at an equal distance from the spinal column.
Secure the corset fastener on the abdomen.
Adjust the degree of fixation.
Wear for no more than 5-6 hours per day.
