Content in 1 capsule (daily dosage):
Copper 2.5 mg 250**% of the RDA*
• adequate level of consumption according to the Unified Sanitary and Epidemiological and Hygienic Requirements for Goods Subject to Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision (Control), Chapter II, Section 1, Appendix No. 5;

The copper included in the composition helps normalize hemoglobin levels, increase tone and performance, strengthen the immune, nervous, and skeletal systems, regulate metabolic processes, and maintain healthy skin and hair by activating the body's production of collagen, elastin, and melanin.
